The Thai food at the hotel restaurant was awesome. The bathroom was large and included a shower and hairdryers. The location was great, with a cable car station close to the accommodation.

Its amazing, central location was a plus. On the whole fabulous food; Anzu was in the vicinity.

truly enjoyed the double room overlooking the bay. this hotel was set in a central area just off shops and the cable car on market street, an outlet and the bart and department store. it also was at union square. i've had a really really nice stay in the easter holidays of 2018.

The unit we got was updated with sofa sleeper, king bed instead of doubles plus big fluffy beds. The hotel was set in a very central area very close to many shopping outlets and restaurants and union park and market street.

Loved this fantastic and simply stunning hotel. The staff were all professional. The room was huge with a great view. Location was handy, within walking distance of John F. Kennedy Dr. In a good area, short walk to theater and Union Square, Golden Gate Park, and major transport links.
