Very nice views over the city from our spacious room. Loved the easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Enjoyed sitting by the window, soaking in the twinkling lights at night. The mini-fridge was perfect for our snacks!

We had a fantastic time during our three-night stay, especially enjoying the cozy Double Room with Two Double Beds and the amazing views from the top floors. The jacuzzi and massage services were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The only minor downside was that the breakfast wasn't included, but overall, we had such a great experience! 😊

Great location with comfy beds!

Had a fun time! The lobby's nice, and my room was spacious with a cozy bed. They texted me before I got there to check if I needed anything, which was cool. But, the breakfast was a bummer—the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the bananas were way too green. Parking is kinda pricey, but that’s San Fran for ya!

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, especially the Golden Gate peeking through the fog! 🥰 Just a bit noisy at night, but overall a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic experience enjoying the amazing breakfast buffet and the delightful cocktails at the bar! But, the mattress in our room was awful and did not match the photos at all. I might consider staying again if the beds are improved.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better. Breakfast was satisfactory but not outstanding, slightly lackluster for such a nice establishment.

The staff here greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. The location is prime, close to public transport and restaurants, which made exploring San Francisco easy. My room, while comfortable, felt dated with old carpet and paint. I chose a corner room that had great windows but the curtains were a hassle. they didn’t open properly, leaving the room darker than I'd hoped. Parking was a bit steep at $80 a night. I had a couple of meals at the restaurant. while the food was decent, the breakfast price seemed crazy at $39 for a standard buffet. I had no issues with cleanliness, the bathroom was well maintained. I appreciated the security measures for entering the hotel at night, adding a sense of safety. For a short stay, it worked out fine, but I wouldn't call it a premium experience given the room condition. More updates and clearer info on fees would really enhance the stay.

the hilton has a fantastic location with beautiful views. the atmosphere is lively, and the gym is huge with top-notch equipment. i enjoyed the convenient access to attractions, even though it’s near the tenderloin area. the staff was friendly and overall welcoming.
